Great value for money. Conveniently located near shops and easy access to transportation. the staffs were very friendly and approachable. the room is clean and spacious. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service which saves me from the hassle of finding transportation to and from the airport during peak season. the WiFi connection was consistent.
The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded during peak hours. the choices for breakfast were limited.

The rooms were adequately clean and comfortable enough. The location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to public transportation. The food at the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful.
The hotel lacked basic amenities and there were no elevators, which was exhausting to climb all the way up to 3rd floor with our luggage. The rooms were tiny and cramped, even though it was supposed to be a deluxe room.

The hotel is conveniently located near malls, the city center, and the harbor. the room was clean and well-maintained with fresh sheets and no unpleasant odors. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices.
The bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
